Walter Jobst
Enjoys working with engineers to find optimized solutions.
Walter came to the United States from Germany in 1951. He has a BS Economics from the University of Minnesota. Walter worked in industry, R&D, engineering and procurement for 20 years with experience in rubber, plastic and casting design and evaluation. In 1978 Walter started Walter Jobst Associates and incorporated the business in 1999.

Michelle Toepke Jobst
Believes that two things have been her road to success: a focus on the customer’s needs and building long term relationships.
Michelle is a graduate of the College of St. Catherine, St Paul, MN with degrees in Speech Communications and International Business Economics. Michelle has over 16 years experience in technical sales. Work history includes experience in customer service and export. She is a member of SPE (Society of Plastic Engineers), MANA (Manufactures and Agents National Association) and in 2011 she completed her journey to become CPMR Certified (Certified Professional Manufactures Representative). She and her husband have two girls and live in Eden Prairie, MN. While she started working at jobst incorporated in 1994 she grew up with business in her home when her Father stated out in 1978.
Hobbies – Managing family photos, spending time with family and friends
Carl Weiberg
Listens to the customer and identifies their unique needs to develop account strategies that expedite the sales process.
Carl is a graduate of Hamline University, St. Paul MN, and he and his wife reside at an airpark in Webster MN. He joined Jobst Incorporated in 2007. Carl previously held positions in operations, marketing, and sales management serving the industrial, aerospace, and medical markets. His experience in electro-mechanical products, and understanding of engineering and applications, are instrumental in establishing successful customer relationships. Carl believes that achieving sales goals and objectives is dependent on developing strong and lasting relationships throughout the customer’s organization.
Hobbies - Carl is a private pilot and enjoys flying, fishing on Lake Superior, camping, and most outdoor activities.
Paula Mumm, Accounting
has worked at Jobst agency since 1998. It is usually her voice you will hear first when you call. Her primary functions are customer support and team support by maintaining customer and factory information such as Order and Quotation status.
Paula and her husband have 2 married girls and have lived in Prior Lake since 1972.
Hobbies - Card/jewelry making, camping, gardening, raising the family, dogs.
