Continuous in-process inspections are made using our Video Coordinate Measuring Machine. It allows us non-contact measurement accuracy and provides accurate, repeatable dimensional measurements for incoming inspection, first article inspection, tooling verification and sampling. This ACU-GAGE system with Servo-drive and edge detection is capable of magnification from 30X to 200X.
