Enviroseal - New process for sealing of wires and electronic components
No Change in the Appearance or Dimensional Attributes of Your Components
Vacuum impregnation process fills and permanently seals the leak paths and voids of the part. This process is effective, efficient and consistent; saving you the time and resources associated with failed or suspect components in the field.

Small voids and leak paths are inherent in many electronic components. Transparent to the human eye, these microscopic voids can allow foreign materials, such as moisture, solvents, and other corrosive agents to infiltrate the component, potentially causing part failure.
Untreated Coated Wire Cable, Submerged and 5 psi Air Pressure Applied both through wire and around jacket ID. After treating pressure tested up to 15 psi without failure
