Michelle has over 25 years of experience in technical sales. Work history includes experience in customer service, product design and export. She is a member of the Rubber Division, ACS (American Chemical Society), SPE (Society of Plastic Engineers), MANA (Manufactures and Agents National Association), and is a CPMR Certified (Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative). While she started working at Jobst Incorporated in 1994, she grew up with business in her home when her Father started out in 1978.

Mary is a graduate of Mankato State University. She started at Jobst in 2014. It is usually her voice you will hear first when you call. Her primary functions are customer support and team support by maintaining customer and factory information such as Order and Quotation status.
Mary grew up in the charming city of Excelsior and now resides in Chanhassen. She has one wonderful son, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
